Free community engagement and knowledge translation support

We are offering one organization or team free community engagement and/or knowledge translation support. We understand that even with the desire to be community-driven, organizations sometimes don’t have the capacity or resources to engage stakeholders in a meaningful way, and we want to help!

How can we help?

We could work with you and your team to: 

  • Develop a community engagement or knowledge translation plan

  • Facilitate an engagement or consultation session 

  • Provide strategic council or advice

  • Create a knowledge translation product (e.g. infographic)

  • Support setting up a community advisory council

  • Guidance on collaborating with diverse communities

  • Design an evaluation framework

  • Or another idea you come up with!

Amplify is committed to providing approximately 60 hours of work or up to $15,000 of services.

Why are we offering free services?

Because we believe community engagement and knowledge translation matter, even when resources are limited. We want to build new relationships, support important work, and help bring underrepresented voices into decision-making.

Eligibility criteria and expectations of the applicant

  • You are a Canadian-based non-profit, community-based organization  or publicly-funded team

  • You are seeking community engagement or knowledge translation support

  • You can provide dedicated staff time to work with us

  • You have leadership support for the work proposed

  • The work can be done either remotely or within the GTA

Priority will be given to organizations who may not otherwise have the resources to do this work, and Indigenous-led organizations or organizations serving equity-deserving populations.

Applications due: October 31, 2025 at 5:00 pm ET. 

Application review: Early November 2025. 

Call with Amplify for up to three shortlisted applicants: Mid/late November 2025. 

Project selection: Late November 2025.
